-A 1000 ft² with a liquor license for 70 people overlooking the new bridge, the Chaudière River, Lac Mégantic and the old downtown area.
-The second terrace has never been used yet because there is a lot of traffic in the summer. A liquor license is in effect for 25 additional people with a view of the new downtown and Papineau Street.
